paar hotfixes sind zwar schon durch aber hiern ochmal die übersicht.

Achievement

Heroic: He Feeds On Your Tears - Defeat Algalon the Observer without any raid member dying to Algalon at any point during that raid lockout period.
Heroic: Observed - Defeat Algalon the Observer on Heroic Difficulty.

Ignis the Furnace Master

Molten now deals 1885 to 2115 fire damage. (Down from 4713 to 5287 damage)
Scorch (10) ground effect now causes 1885 to 2115 Fire damage every second to all enemies within 13 yards. (Down from 3770 to 4230 Fire damage)
Scorch (25) ground effect now causes 3016 to 3384 Fire damage every second to all enemies within 13 yards. (Down from 6032 to 6768 Fire damage)
Flame Jets now silences targets for 6 sec. (Down from 8 sec.)
Slag Pot (10) now deals 4500 fire damage every second for 10 sec. (Down from 5000 damage)
Slag Pot (25) now deals 6000 fire damage every second for 10 sec. (Down from 7500 damage)

Razorscale

Devouring Flame now inflicts 7863 to 9137 Fire damage. (Down from 8788 to 10212 damage)

XT-002 Deconstructor

Tympanic Tantrum now deals 10% damage every second for 8 sec. (Down from 12 sec.)
Searing Light now deals 2250 damage to all enemies within 8 yards. (Down from 2750 damage within 10 yards)
Gravity Bomb (10) now deals 11700 to 12300 damage to enemies within 12 yards. (Down from 17100 to 18900 damage and up from 10 yards)
Gravity Bomb (25) now deals 14625 to 15735 damage to enemies within 12 yards. (Down from 19000 to 21000 damage and up from 10 yards)
Heartbreak now increases damage by 40% and health by 150%. (Up from 35% damage and 45% health)

Iron Council

Overload (Stormcaller Brundir) range has been reduced from 30 to 20 yards.
Lightning Whirl (10) (Stormcaller Brundir) now deals 3770 to 4230 damage. (Down from 4713 to 5287 damage)
Lightning Whirl (25) (Stormcaller Brundir) now deals 5655 to 6345 damage. (Down from 7069 to 7931 damage)
Rune of Death (10) (Runemaster Molgeim) now deals 2750 Shadow damage every half-second. (Down from 3500 damage)
Rune of Death (25) (Runemaster Molgeim) now deals 3500 Shadow damage every half-second. (Down from 5000 damage)

Kologarn

Focused Eyebeam (10) now inflicts 2313 to 2687 nature damage. (Down from 2775 to 3225 damage)
Focused Eyebeam (25) now inflicts 3238 to 3762 nature damage. (Down from 4163 to 4837 damage)
Stone Grip Absorb (10) now absorbs 80,000 damage. (Down from 100,000)
Stone Grip Absorb (25) now absorbs 380,000 damage. (Down from 480,000)
Stone Grip (10) now deals 2925 to 3075 physical damage. (Down from 3700 to 4300 damage)
Stone Grip (25) now deals 3413 to 3587 physical damage. (Down from 5363 to 5637 damage)
Rumble now inflicts 3238 to 3862 Physical damage to targets within 7 yards. (Down from 4625 to 5375 damage to targets within 10 yards)
Stone Nova now inflicts 5550 to 6450 physical damage. (Down from 7400 to 8600 damage)

Auriaya

Strength of the Pack now increases damage done by 30%. (Down from 50%)
Terrifying Screech now causes enemies to flee in horror for 3 sec. (Down from 5 sec.)
Sonic Screech (10) now deals 60125 to 69875 Physical damage. (Down from 74000 to 86000 damage)
Sonic Screech (25) now deals 190000 to 210000 Physical damage. (Down from 231250 to 268750 damage)

Freya

Petrified Bark (Elder Stonebark) charges have been reduced from 80 to 60 in 10-Man, from 220 to 120 in 25-Man.
Stonebark's Essence (Elder Stonebark) now increases physical damage dealt by Freya by 75%. (Up from 50%)
Brightleaf's Essence (Elder Brightleaf) now increases Magic damage dealt by Freya and her Allies of Nature by 60%. (Up from 50%)
Iron Roots now deals 7800 to 8200 Nature damage every 2 sec. (Up from 5850 to 6150 damage)
Tidal Wave (Ancient Water Spirit) now deals 10175 to 11825 Nature damage. (Up from 7863 to 9137)
Pollinate now heals the Guardian Lasher for 15%. (Down from 25%)
Bind Life (10) (Misguided Nymph) now heals for 9250 to 10750 health every second. (Down from 13875 to 16125 health)
Bind Life (25) (Misguided Nymph) now heals for 13875 to 16125 health every second. (Down from 27750 to 32250 health)

Mimiron

Proximity Mines now deals 15000 Fire damage. (Down from 25000 damage)
Emergency Mode (Hard Mode) now increases damage and health by 30%. (Up from 25%)

General Vezax

Shadow Crash now reduces mana costs to spellcasters by 70%. (Old - reduced mana costs for everyone, possibly a wording change to clarify that it only affects mana and not rage/energy/etc..)
Profound Darkness now inflicts 750 damage to all enemies, and increases Shadow damage taken by 10% per application. (Up from 500 damage)

Algalon

Cosmic Smash (10) now deals 41438 to 43562 Fire damage. (Up from 35613 to 41387 damage)
Cosmic Smash (25) now deals 53625 to 56375 Fire damage. (Up from 46250 to 53750 damage)
Black Hole Explosion now deals 16088 to 16912 Shadow damage. (Up from 14725 to 16275 damage)
Quantum Strike now deals 34125 to 35875 Physical damage. (Up from 23750 to 26250 damage)

Ulduar Tuning Tweaks 05/04/09

All of the changes below have either already been applied or will be applied shortly, with the exception of Hodir's hard mode tweaks, which will go live after maintenance. Please try to keep spamming and trolling over the multiple slaps to the face included with these fixes to the bare minimum!*

Hard Mode Tuning (10 Normal/25 Heroic)
XT-002

* Heart of the Deconstructor health reduced (10/25)


Assembly of Iron

* Overwhelming Power duration increased to 30 seconds.
* Amount Steelbreaker heals from Electrical Charge reduced to 20% of max health.


Hodir

* Hodir hard mode timer increased from 2 minutes to 3 minutes. This hotfix will be applied during maintenance for both US and EU (respectively).


General Encounter Tweaks
Auriaya

* Reduced number of Swarming Guardians from 25 to 10. Increased damage of swarm slightly to compensate.
* Range on Savage Pounce lowered.
* Damage of Savage Pounce reduced.


Thorim

* The Iron Ring Guard’s Whirling Trip ability will now only hit the tank.



Freya

* Elder Stonebark’s Petrified Bark ability won’t destroy melee.


Trash Tweaks

* Removed first pack of trash from Conservatory.
* General Vezax trash has received further tweaks.
* Sappers should do much less damage when they blow up. They may or may not laugh like the Predator when they initiate the self-destruct sequence.

General

* Equipment Manager
o When enabled from the Interface Options menu, this feature will allow players to store sets of equipment, easily swap between saved sets using hotkeys, and pull items directly from backpacks or bank slots (must be at the bank to equip inventory from the bank).
* New art textures have been added for Argent Tournament mounts. Any mounts already purchased from the Argent Tournament vendors will be updated automatically. Argent Tournament mounts with the old textures will still be available for purchase from the Argent Tournament vendors for a small Champion's Seal and gold cost (standard faction requirements apply).
* Copied Test Realm characters will no longer be copied with their achievement history in order to better facilitate the character copy process.

PVP

* Vehicle health and damage output in Strand of the Ancients and Lake Wintergrasp now scale with the item level of the operator's gear. Power scaling is now 1% damage and 1% health per average item level.
* All Lake Wintergrasp daily quests have been changed to a weekly format. The honor and Stone Keeper's Shards rewarded for completing these quests have been increased to compensate.

Death Knights

* Improved Death Strike: This talent now also increases the healing from Death Strike by 25/50% and the tooltip has been adjusted to reflect the actual functionality after the hotfix in 3.1.0.
* Ghoul Frenzy: Now has a 10-second cooldown.

Druids

* Innervate: This ability has been redesigned to grant 450% of the casting Druid's base mana pool to the target over 20 seconds.
* Improved Moonkin Form: Now grants 10/20/30% of spirit as spell power.

Mages

* Mirror Images: The images summoned by this spell will now target the creature that most hates the Mage, and should no longer cast Fire Blast or Frostbolt on targets that are affected by crowd control debuffs that break immediately on damage unless they are already casting these spells when crowd control is applied.

Paladins

* Blessing of Wisdom and Greater Blessing of Wisdom: Now grant 92 mana per 5 seconds to prevent being overwritten by Mana Spring Totem.
* Exorcism: Can no longer be used on player-controlled creatures.

Priests

* Divine Hymn: Healing and healing scaling reduced by 30%. Buff on affected players changed from 15% to 10%.
* Renewed Hope: Effect can no longer be dispelled.
* Soul Warding: Mana cost reduction is now 15% down from 30%.

Warlocks

* Conflagrate updated: Consumes an Immolate or Shadowflame effect on the enemy target to instantly deal damage equal to 12 seconds of your Immolate, or 8 seconds of your Shadowflame.
* Fire and Brimstone: Now increases the damage done by your Incinerate and Chaos Bolt by 3/6/9/12/15% on targets afflicted by Immolate, and increases the critical strike chance of your Conflagrate by 5/10/15/20/25%.
* Nether Protection reduced to 30% damage reduction, down from 60%.
* Sacrifice (Voidwalker) redesigned: Sacrifices a portion of the Voidwalker's health, giving its master a shield that will absorb X damage for 30 seconds. While the shield holds, spell casting will not be interrupted by damage. 1-minute cooldown.
* Shadow and Flame: Now also includes Shadowburn.

Warriors

* Juggernaut: Critical strike chance bonus reduced to 25%, down from 100%.

Items

* Darkruned Battlegear 2-Piece Set Bonus: The bonus critical strike chance for Frost Strike and Death Coil has been increased from 5% to 8%.
* Furious Gladiator's Staff and Furious Gladiator's Greatstaff: The agility values on these two items were too high. They have been reduced by 50%.
* Glyphs
o Glyph of Conflagrate redesigned: When you use Conflagrate, the damage done by your next 3 Destruction spells is increased by 10% for 15 seconds if the Immolate on the target has 5 or fewer seconds remaining.
o Glyph of Innervate: Has been adjusted to grant the Druid 90% of his or her base mana pool over 20 seconds.
o Glyph of Mass Dispel: Now only decreases Mass Dispel cost by 35%.
o Glyph of Rapid Charge: Reduced to 7%, down from 20% cooldown reduction to Charge.
* Guise of the Midgard Serpent: The base attack power on this item has been lowered to balance it against items of a similar quality.
* Increased the health and mana restored from Northrend food and drinks.
* Most scopes now have a level requirement and will bind the item to which they are applied.
* Nightsong Garb 4-Piece Set Bonus: Chance for Insect Swarm to trigger an instant Starfire changed to 15%.
* Scourgeborne Battlegear 4-Piece Set Bonus: The runic power gain has been reduced to 5 runic power from 10 runic power.

Professions

* Fishing
o Jewel of the Sewers: You can now fish in all parts of the Dalaran sewers for this quest.
o Phantom Ghostfish: Can now be caught from Nettlefish schools in Sholazar Basin.

Bug Fixes

* Death Knights
o Anti-magic Shell: Tooltip error corrected.
o Blood Boil: If no target is available for Blood Boil to hit, the spell will now cast and consume a blood rune but generate no runic power.
* Druids
o Maim: Rank 2 of this ability is properly considered a stun and can be escaped by Blink.
* Hunters
o Go For The Throat: Explosive Shot critical strikes now trigger this talent.
o Lock and Load: The tooltip has been corrected to display its actual chance to occur.
o Rabid: This Hunter pet talent no longer lists a percentage chance to be triggered, as that chance varies by the attack speed of the pet.
* Paladins
o Divine Sacrifice: Damage done to the Paladin while this is active will no longer cause the effect to break early, and if it is dispelled or cancelled early, the damage counter will reset correctly the next time the spell is cast.
* Rogues
o Shadow Dance: Issues with action bars and ability use arising from using Stealth while Shadow Dance is active have been fixed.
o Tricks of the Trade: To prevent exploits, this ability can no longer be cast on non-player targets.
* Warlocks
o Demonic Sacrifice: This spell will no longer appear in any Warlock's spellbook.
* Professions
o Tailoring
+ Swordguard Embroidery: Now correctly increases ranged attack power.
* Dungeons and Raids
o Players can no longer become saved to an instance when they aren't in the instance during a boss kill.
o Ulduar
+ Hodir should now reset in a timely manner if a group fails to kill him.
+ 10-player bosses that drop Runed Orbs will also sometimes drop the recipes that use those orbs.
+ The Spark of Imagination: Characters that release in part of the boss room will no longer be ported to Westfall or The Barrens.

The following are a list of changes that have been hotfixed to 3.1.2 or are in the process of being hotfixed. All changes are to both 10 and 25 player versions of the instance, unless specifically noted.

Trash
- Storm Tempered Keeper’s Supercharged ability will no longer increase the damage of Storm Wave.
- Some Ignis and Freya trash has been removed. If your instance was already open when the hotfix was applied, the trash will still be there.
- Ice Turret’s Ice Nova spell now does considerably less base damage.
- Rune Etched Sentry’s Flaming Rune does does considerably less damage over time.
- The Molten Colossus will no longer cast Unquenchable Flames.
- Chamber Overseer’s Staggering Roar does considerably less damage.

Bosses
- Kologarn’s Crunch Armor effect of his Overhead Smash now has a greatly decreased duration in the 10 player Normal difficulty setting. This change largely negates the explicit need to tank swap Kologarn.
- Thorim’s Chain Lightning no longer affects more than 8 targets.
- General Vezax now does 10% less melee damage in the 10 player Normal difficulty setting.

Hard Modes
- The hit point increasing hard mode ability for XT-002 Deconstructor has been reduced to 50% in the 10 player Normal setting, and 60% in the 25 player Heroic setting. The corresponding damage increase for XT-002 has also been reduced to 15%. Life Sparks also have half of their previous hit point values.

In an unrelated tuning note, we also found a case where Algalon would not reset properly in the 25 player Heroic setting only. This has been hotfixed.

Also die normalmodes sind nochmal ordentlich vereinfacht worden, sollt kp mehr sein schnell durch zumoven für intensiveres testen hinten.

Mal sehen, sollte sich aber positiv auf das Heilermana auswirken, das in dem Fight ohnehin sehr knapp ist.
