oQueue automatically adds some BattleTag friends, communicates with their Addon and provides you with a multi-realmgroup wide list of groups searching for members. For you, that means less time waiting and more time RBG, Raid, Fun, HP/HK Farm, whatever you are up to and whatever is possible in a Crossrealm group.
You should keep in mind that this feature will allow pretty much anyone obtain your BattleTag, and since you cannot exclude specific characters from this system, other people will know the names of your alts. Most peole dont care about this, but some do so this warnign should be here, i guess.
