We have an update tentatively scheduled for April 13th.

This update should include many fixes for targeting and collisions, add the ability to cycle through targets and move a new adventure zone to Legends (the adventure zone currently on Legends should move to live as well).

Zur neuen Zone folgendes ... nicht zu frueh freuen:

A new zone is scheduled to be added to Live Servers on April 13 called the Lost Pyramid of Galuuk Korr. It is a Takish-Hiz dungeon, an additional zone for the Lost Dungeons of Norrath instanced adventures.

The Takish-Hiz dungeons are the fallen dwellings of the Sand Elves.

Interestingly, this zone was level-capped during it's 3-week-long early-release on the Legends server, allowing only those below 50 to enter. Most likely, it will remain capped as it moves to the rest of the servers. It bears asking, of course, why would an instanced zone (meant to be custom-created to match any composition of adventurers who are entering it) be level-capped? This remains unanswered, unless, of course, the answer is "to make people ask questions."

If you are below level 50, in a group of 3 or more, with the correct group make-up to take on an LDoN mission, and can convince them to ask for an adventure in North Ro; you will have just shy of a 10% chance of seeing the new zone and discovering the mystery of the Lost Pyramid of Galuuk Korr! (Which may, or may not, be mobs and some loot.)

On 4/14/2004 at 3am all English Servers will be coming down for a Scheduled update
On Wednesday, April 14th, 2004 at 4am pst (-8 UTC), all english language everquest servers (all but Kael Drakkal and Sebilis) will be coming down for a scheduled update. Estimated downtime is 3 hours.
